In May, Lauren closed the East Coast premiere of ORANGE IS THE NEW MUSICAL at Bootless Stageworks in Wilmington, Delaware. Crowds were generous and raucous, and the cast had a great time together. They were even joined on closing night by Jared Goode and Veronica Vasquez, the composer and librettist of the musical.

In addition to rehearsing for the East Coast premiere of ORANGE IS THE NEW MUSICAL with Delaware's Bootless Stageworks, Lauren will be spending her days teaching acting classes for Generation Home Scholars and SALT Performing Arts's Stagelight program. Her students range in age from 5 to 17, and culminating projects include THE LION, THE WITCH, AND THE WARDROBE, SLEEPING UGLY, and stage adaptations of picture books by Sandra Boynton, Drew Daywalt, and Dr. Suess.
Lauren will make her Delaware stage debut as Piper Chapman in the East Coast premiere of ORANGE IS THE NEW MUSICAL, part of Bootless Stageworks' Adult Playground series.

Ash Theatre Company's run of NEXT TO NORMAL wrapped up its run at Venice Island Performing Arts in Manayunk, but not before hosting full houses, generous audiences, and special guest Jennifer Damiano, who created the role of Natalie on Broadway.

Lauren and her daughters will be featured in the upcoming print campaign for Joe Ciresi, a democrat running for Pennsylvania State Representative.
